後續本行將依國際組織之爭議款處理流程為您提出申訴,由於爭議款涉及信用卡國際組織, 收單銀行以及特約商店, 並依據國際信用卡組織之規定,爭議款申訴處理時間約為60天,
若有遞交國際組織仲裁處理則約需額外90天之處理時間。於案件處理過程中,如有相關問題,
請洽本行客戶服務中心。如申訴成功本行亦將主動做結案處理,不再另行通知。
